Hezgothelook Z, a gelded son of Favorite Cartel trained by Toby Keeton for owner Triple One Ranch, will continue his quest for the All American Triple Crown in Sunday's 400-yard, $1-million Rainbow Futurity (G1) at Ruidoso Downs.

A $70,000 purchase at last year's Heritage Place Sale in Oklahoma City, Hezgothelook Z has earned $432,300 from four races, and he brings in a three-race win streak that includes a three-quarter length victory in the first leg of the Triple Crown, the June 9, 350-yard Ruidoso Futurity (G1).

Hezgothelook Z is the second-fastest overall qualifier from 34 Rainbow Futurity trials run June 28-29. The gelding drew the rail post and will be ridden by Bryan Candanosa.

Other contenders include stakes winner Space Cowwboyy and the Grade 1-placed Aguila Rapida. Trained by Juventino Ruiz for owners Scott Branson and Jimmy Vasquez, Space Cowwboyy is coming off of a two-length win in his Rainbow Futurity trial. The Corona Cartel gelding and $55,000 buy at last year's Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale has banked $61,939 from seven races, and his two wins include a half-length victory in the 350-yard, $100,000 Ruidoso Juvenile Stakes on June 9.

Space Cowwboyy drew post 3 and will be ridden by Adrian Ramos.

Aguila Rapida ran second to Hezgothelook Z in the Ruidoso Futurity. A homebred son of champion Tempting Dash trained by Toby Keeton for owner Simmons Racing, the gelding drew post 7 and will be ridden by Ricky Ramirez.

A $67,000 purchase at last year's Heritage Place Yearling Sale, Razor Sharp has banked $38,476 from five races -- all in New Mexico -- and his record includes third-place finishes in the May 18, $215,000 Four Corners Futurity at SunRay Park, and the April 6, $50,000 West Texas Juvenile Stakes at Sunland Park.
