CD Starbucks – aka “Starbucks”
CD Starbucks, or “Starbucks,” is cutting-bred but found his calling as a heeling horse. The 1998 sorrel gelding sired by CD Olena won the 2013 AQHA-PRCA Heeling Horse of the Year. Owner Ryan Motes talks about raising horses and what makes this win special in this clip from AQHA Horsepower, a feature on PRCA’s Wrangler Champions Challenge presented by Justin Boots, which aired on CBS Sports Network.
