The American Quarter Horse Association has joined with Breyer Animal Creations to celebrate the Association’s historic 75th anniversary with a collection of American Quarter Horse models that pays tribute to America’s most popular horse breed: the American Quarter Horse. Breyer’s AQHA 75th anniversary collection features unique packaging celebrating AQHA’s history and offers bay, sorrel, palomino and grullo Quarter Horse colors. The special-edition models are a great collector’s item.
The Foundation is dedicated to advancing the American Quarter Horse and the partnership it shares with humans. The Foundation's mission is to support equine research, industry scholarships, equine-assisted therapies and the preservation of the Quarter Horse's history.
“We are very pleased to partner with Breyer in our 75th anniversary year,” said Craig Huffhines, AQHA executive vice president. “It is a wonderful, fun way to introduce the next generation of American Quarter Horse owners to our proud history.”
“We’ve long admired the extraordinary achievements and vision of AQHA,” stated Stephanie Macejko, vice president of marketing and product development for Breyer. “We are thrilled to be a part of this historic year.”
For more than 65 years, Breyer Model Horses have been treasured for their authenticity, quality and collectability. Sculpted by expert equine artists, each Breyer horse is individually hand-crafted and decorated with the highest quality materials to capture the essence and nuance of each breed. No other models horses are made with the same quality and beauty of Breyer, are as widely respected or have continued to be popular with both collectors and today’s generation of children.
