The American Quarter Horse Association is proud to have a great team of corporate partners that offer great benefits to the Association’s members and support AQHA events throughout the year. AQHA recently renewed its contract with Wrangler as the official western jeans and shirts of AQHA.
“Wrangler is proud to be associated with AQHA,” said Wrangler Brand Manager Jeff Chadwick. “The AQHA member is important to us here at Wrangler because we share a common love for the western lifestyle.”
Wrangler has been an AQHA corporate partner since 1989. In addition to being the official western jeans and shirts of AQHA, Wrangler, is a sponsor of the Built Ford Tough AQHYA World Championship Show, the AQHA World Championship Show and the Bank of America Challenge Championships.
Wrangler also sponsors the AQHA Level 1 Championships, Bank of America Youth Excellence Seminar, AQHYA Aspire Award, AQHYA Youth Leader of the Year award and the American Quarter Horse Foundation.
In addition to its sponsorship, Wrangler and AQHA has teamed up to help educate the equine industry through Team Wrangler and the Wrangler Q-Racing Aces. Team Wrangler is a team of AQHA Professional Horsemen that promotes educational outreach for the horse industry around the world. Wrangler Q-Racing Aces consists of individuals who have been involved in American Quarter Horse and Thoroughbred racing as handicappers, writers and publicists. The major goals of the Wrangler Q-Racing Aces program are to promote the sport, provide fan education services and help to develop new fan bases.
“AQHA is excited to be celebrating 75 years of service this year,” said AQHA Senior Director of Business Development Leman Wall. “The Association would not be where it is today without our beloved horse, valued members and generous corporate partners, especially Wrangler.”
