AQHA Members Invited to National Equestrian Trails Conference

AQHA is proud to be a sponsor of the 2016 National Equestrian Trails Conference, which is July 8-10 in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Trail riding enthusiasts are gearing up for the 2016 National Equestrian Trails Conference. AQHA is proud to be a sponsor of the conference, which is July 8-10 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center in Raleigh, North Carolina.

“We have a number of presenters at the conference from Arizona and the Western states in an effort to provide a truly nationwide scope and representation of equestrians, organizations, land managers and trails advocates from across America,” said Jan Hancock, a member of the American Trails Board of Directors.

Participants attending the National Equestrian Trails Conference will have access to information concerning national policy and preserving public land for equestrian use. Dinner will be held at 6 p.m. on July 9 in conjunction with a presentation on understanding agency mandates.

Registration is open now for the National Equestrian Trails Conference. Guests can participate during all three days or pay a daily admission fee. Admission covers all general and concurrent sessions, receptions, breakfasts, breaks, lunches and dinners.

The Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention is offering a special rate to conference members. Reserving a room can be done while registering for the conference.
