All members who completed the survey received a special offer from the American Quarter Horse Store.

The AQHA Member Satisfaction Survey closed on March 26, and we’re very pleased to report that we set a record, with 9,150 members completing the questionnaire. The average time to finish the survey was 18 minutes, so that translated to 2,745 volunteer service hours contributed to the Association by members. The responses are being compiled into a summary report, and the results of the survey will be shared with the membership soon.

The survey, which was offered to all AQHA members across the globe, asked about the importance of various services provided by AQHA. The information gathered will be used to continue to improve the way members around the globe are served. The survey also collected important demographic data.

“A goal of this survey is to better understand how to serve our members and to learn more about them so we can offer better programs and services,” said Craig Huffhines, AQHA executive vice president.

All members who completed the survey received a special offer from the American Quarter Horse Store.

“Again, thanks to everyone who participated in this important survey,” Huffhines said. “We look forward to sharing the data with you soon, and we are eager to use the data for the betterment of your Association.”
