Oakie Bobby Joe
1972 Chestnut Gelding (Le Brun 63 – Okla Bel Gal by Buzz O Star)
Breeders: Morris and Henry E Gibson

This was one of Jason’s first American Quarter Horses. The pair won the 1988 AQHA World Championship in Jumping. Oakie Bobby Joe also won the 1989 AQHYA World Championship in Jumping. 
 

Jaguar’s Replica
1975 Chestnut Gelding (Mr Jaguar –  Bueno’s Bunny by Muy Bueno)
Breeder: William N Garhart 

In 1981, Jaguar’s Replica claimed an AQHA World Championship. For Charlie, this horse was more than a champion—it was one of two he credits with teaching him the skill needed to excel in western riding and trail. 

Lucky Diamond Dell
1970 Sorrel Gelding (Dell Jiggs – Cowpuncher Fan by Diamond Boss)

Lucky Diamond Dell earned Youth World Show Top Ten finishes in Hunt Seat Equitation and Horsemanship, along with AQHA Superiors in several disciplines, including hunt seat equitation, hunter under saddle, showmanship, horsemanship, western pleasure, halter, and trail. As one of two horses Charlie credits with teaching him the art of western riding and trail, this horse played a pivotal role in shaping his skills and understanding of versatility and excellence in the arena.

Zippo LTD
1987 Bay Gelding (Zippo Pine Bar – Ima Blister Bug by Ladybug’s Charge)

Zippo LTD, by AQHA Hall of Fame stallion Zippo Pine Bar, enjoyed a remarkable 16-year show career, earning 5,735.5 points across all divisions, making one of the highest point-earner in AQHA history. Of those points, 464.5 came in youth trail, placing him eighth on the all-time youth trail point-earners list. Known as "LT," he achieved three world championships, 10 reserve world championships, and 19 Superiors, including in open, youth, and amateur trail. Described as a horse with quirks that required a skilled rider, LT was never a "packer" but always gave his best in the arena. LT retired in 2006 after a career that spanned generations, teaching life lessons and earning accolades at the highest levels.
 

Dun Some More
1981 Red Dun Gelding (Do Some More – Harlan’s Duchess by Harlan)
Breeder: James E Donn 

Jason credits Dun Some More as the horse that marked the beginning of his success, winning his first Senior World Championship and High Point titles. Dun Some More earned AQHA World Show Top Ten finishes in amateur western riding, senior trail, and senior western riding. He claimed the title of 1990 AQHYA Reserve World Champion in trail and went on to be crowned the 1995 World Champion in senior western riding.
 

Nevada Made
1976 Brown Gelding (Poco Leo Bar – Orovada Maid by Beau Joe)
Breeder: DV ‘Curly’ Gustafson 

Nevada Made became a cornerstone of Charlie’s early success. He was the first horse Charlie placed on in Senior Trail at the AQHA World Show, and he credits him with teaching invaluable lessons across multiple disciplines. Nevada Made won several AQHA world champion titles, including 1990 Amateur World Champion titles in hunt seat equitation and horsemanship, as well as the prestigious 1990 World Show All-Around Amateur title. He also earned 1989 Amateur Reserve World Champion in hunt seat equitation, 1990 Amateur Reserve World Champion in trail, and 1990 Amateur Reserve World Champion in working hunter. 
 

Acadamosby Award
1990 Bay Gelding (Mosby – Madcap Maggie by Windum)
Breeder: Jamee L Golan Bornstein 

Born on Academy Awards night in 1990 and aptly named, “Oscar” earned an unparalleled three AQHA Superhorse titles (the record for most Superhorse titles won), 21 world championships, 16 reserve world championships, and 21 all-around titles in open competition across events ranging from halter to hunter under saddle, trail, western pleasure, and pleasure driving. For Charlie Cole and Jason Martin, Oscar became a defining horse in their careers and a game-changer in the industry. Combined, the pair won 9 AQHA world champion titles with Oscar. Known for his presence in the show pen, versatility, and willingness to excel in any event, he won over judges, riders, and fans alike.
 

Harley D Zip
1995 Bay Gelding (Maximum Zip – Miss Faithfully by Captain Boss)
Breeder: Kristy L Tingle 

Harley D Zip’s, fondly known as “Harley,” unparalleled career set records and inspired generations. Born in 1995, Harley went on to earn $254,036 and over 6,000 AQHA points in the show pen, plus 16 AQHA World Championships and nine AQHA Reserve World Championships. Seven of those world championship titles were won with Jason Martin. Harley became the only horse to win the same class across youth, junior, senior, amateur, and Select divisions at AQHA world shows. Inducted into the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame in 2023, he is celebrated as one of the most accomplished and beloved horses in AQHA history.
 

Vital Signs Are Good
2000 Red Roan Mare (Zippos Mr Good Bar – Vitalism by An Awesome Mister)
Breeder: Kristin T Rinkenberger 

"Lucy”, by AQHA Hall of Fame stallion Zippos Mr Good Bar and out of Vitalism, began her illustrious career by winning the 2-year-old western pleasure title at the 2002 AQHA World Championship Show. She continued to dominate, earning 13 AQHA world championships, eight reserve world championships, eight Superiors, and 3,097.5 AQHA points. As a broodmare, she produced 18 performing offspring who have earned more than 3,500 AQHA points and nearly $500,000, solidifying her legacy as a top producer. Lucy remains the #3 all-time leading money earner in western all-around and ranks in the top five leading dams of money earners in western all-around and western pleasure. Retiring after a phenomenal career, Lucy passed away in 2017 and was inducted into the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame in 2019.

2006 Bay Stallion (Invitation Only – Hot Shot Hit (TB) by Ecansville Slew (TB))

Hot Ones Only, known as "Bruno," is nine-time AQHA World Champion, four of those with Charlie Cole, and thirteen-time Congress Champion. He holds the distinction of being the second highest money-earning hunter under saddle (HUS) stallion, with lifetime earnings exceeding $100,000. By the legendary sire Invitation Only, Bruno is also a leading hunter under saddle and English all-around sire, producing offspring who carry on his exceptional talent and versatility.

“Milton”, described as a once-in-a-lifetime horse by those that knew him, earned over 3,400 AQHA points, 16 Superiors, and multiple AQHA World and Reserve World Championships in events including hunter under saddle, horsemanship, equitation, and western riding. Jason Martin rode Milton to many of these victories. Known for his talent, presence, and unmatched versatility, Milton was nearly unbeatable at his peak.
 

Snap It Send It
2016 Gray Mare (VS Code Red – Snap Krackle Pop by RL Best of Sudden)
Breeder: Twylla Lynn Brown 

Sired by VS Code Red, a producer of 8 AQHA World Champions and progeny earning more than $1.7 million, and out of Snap Krackle Pop, the legendary AQHA Superhorse, “Bailee” carries a legacy of excellence. Her accolades include being crowned the 2021 AQHA Superhorse, just like her dam, plus multiple AQHA world champion and reserve world champion titles. With Charlie in the saddle, Bailee continues to shine as a versatile and accomplished champion.

2005 Bay Gelding (Radical Rodder – Sonnys Last Zip by Zippo Jack Bar)

"Troy" built an extraordinary show record, highlighted by his and Jason Martin's four AQHA World Championships in western riding, including their historic 2020 Senior Western Riding win with a record-breaking score of 245.5. Over the course of his career, Troy earned more than $113,000 and accumulated over 2,670 points.
 

Majestic Scotch
1994 Sorrel Gelding (One Scotch Delight – Two Eyed Natches by Two Eyed Punk)
Breeders: Donald and Jean Bangasser

Majestic Scotch, known as "Dickie," excelled in every class, from halter to hunt seat equitation to trail, earning 10 world championships, seven reserve world championships, and numerous year-end top five placings between 2002 and 2010. He claimed his first Youth World Championship in 2003 in western riding. Over his lifetime, Dickie accumulated 3,848.5 AQHA points, 13 Superiors, and $60,276.68 through the AQHA Incentive Fund, making dreams come true for everyone who rode him. Dickie passed away in 2013 and was inducted into the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame in 2017.
 

Ima Petite Classic
1999 Black Gelding (Petite Lord – Sheza Classy Kitty by Jolly Van Bar)
Breeders: Kramer/Davis

”Kramer” made a name for himself as a western riding standout and an accomplished trail horse, earning an impressive 4,289 AQHA points during his career. With Charlie Cole, he achieved remarkable success, including world championships in senior western riding in 2013 and 2015 and reserve titles in 2012 and 2014. He also excelled in amateur and youth divisions, consistently ranking in the top 10 for year-end trail from 2008 to 2018. Known for his elegant movement and natural stride, Kramer’s ability to rate himself and gracefully navigate obstacles set him apart as a trail horse. With lifetime earnings exceeding $120,000 through AQHA and NSBA competitions, Kramer’s achievements culminated in being named the 2014 all-around high-point gelding and reserve all-around high-point senior horse. Retired in February 2018, Kramer passed away in July of the same year.

Hez Blazin Trouble

Affectionately known as “Perfect Parker,” Hez Blazin Trouble lives up to his name with an impressive record of achievements. Sired by the renowned RL Best of Sudden, Parker has proven himself a champion in multiple disciplines. Highlights of his career include being crowned 2022 AQHA Superhorse, 2024 Select All Around Amateur, and a multi-time AQHA world champion titles across trail, halter, and western riding.

Jason and Charlie recognized this Movin Artfully’s potential as a yearling and were thrilled to guide his exceptional career. He became the 2003 AQHA Superhorse, earning AQHA world championships in junior hunter hack and junior pleasure driving. Over the years, he added multiple titles, including back-to-back senior pleasure driving world championships, and several reserve world championships across hunter hack, working hunter, and pleasure driving.
