AQHA Disciplinary Actions

This is a list of individuals disciplined for violation of AQHA animal welfare, unsportsmanlike conduct and/or medication rules. AQHA has established a penalty system in which the lengths of suspension or probation, as well as other penalties and fines, are determined by the severity of the offense, multiple offenses or previous suspension history of the offender. This list shows the start date of the violator’s suspension/probation and the AQHA rule that was violated.
