Heritage Place Fall Mixed Sale Recap: Day One
Jet Black Patriot is the $725,000 sale topper.

Jet Black Patriot, a leading Louisiana-based sire, sold for $725,000 on Friday and topped the first night of the Heritage Place Fall Mixed Sale in Oklahoma City.
Copper Springs Ranch of Bozeman, Montana, signed the ticket for Jet Black Patriot, an 11-year-old mutliple graded stakes winning son of Game Patriot and the runner-up to Stolis Winner in the 2008 All American Futurity (G1) at Ruidoso Downs. The stallion was consigned by Robicheaux Ranch, agent for Homeland Security Investigations.
Jet Black Patriot has sired the earners of nearly $10 million, including multiple graded stakes winner Louisiana Jambalaya and graded stakes winners Jetblack Gold Moment, Telarosa, and Magic Black Jack. The stallion will continue to stand at Jude and Regina Robicheaux's Robicheaux Ranch at Breaux Bridge, Louisiana.
