Klassic Secret Br Tops Merial Sun Downs Distaff Challenge Finalists

Klassic Secret Br is the fastest qualifier to the May 7, $15,000-added Merial Sun Downs Distaff Challenge.

Klassic Secret Br, a 5-year-old Fantastic Corona Jr mare owned and trained by Juan Sanguino, is the fastest qualifier to the May 7, $15,000-added Merial Sun Downs Distaff Challenge.

Ridden by Salvador Ibarra, Klassic Secret Br won the first of two 400-yard trials on Sunday. The mare defeated second-fastest qualifier Tic Tac Attack by 1 1/4 lengths in :20.393 for her fifth victory in 18 races.

Klassic Secret Br was bred in California by Benny Rosset. Raced exclusively in Oregon and Washington, she has banked $18,943.
