Minnesota Racing Commission seeks deputy director applicants.

The Minnesota Racing Commission is seeking applicants for a deputy director to serve as a liaison and spokesperson with the Governor's office, legislature and other governmental agencies, horse racing associations, news media and general public.
The applicant must have a bachelor's degree, five years' experience in daily operations, project management or budgeting or experience in a regulatory capacity in a public agency, knowledge of the pari-mutuel industry and excellent communication skills. An advanced degree in business, law or veterinary medicine or management level-experience in the private or public sector (regulatory agency preferred) or extensive experience in the pari-mutuel industry is preferred.
