Paint Me Perry Moves to Head Poll

AQHA Poll has a new juvenile leader.

Q-Racing Journal

There is a new leader on the juvenile poll.

Oklahoma Futurity (G2) winner Paint Me Perry qualified Saturday for his second rich final of the young season, and in doing so, ascended to the No. 1 spot in this week's AQHA National Poll for 2-year-olds. Paint Me Perry was among the 10 qualifiers for Remington Park's $1 million Heritage Place Futurity (G1) and did so while winning for the third time in three starts.
Kiss My Hocks, winner of the Sam Houston Futurity (G2) and recently named that track’s horse of the meet, was supplanted atop the poll and fell one spot to No. 2.
As for the older runners, Nellie Delaney continued atop the rankings for the 11th straight week. But the poll welcomed a newcomer in No. 8 All Out Arrogant, winner of Sunday's Bank of America Oklahoma Challenge Championship (G2). The California-bred gelding was third in the Eastex Handicap (G2) earlier in the Remington Park season.
