Dash Master Jess to Scarlett Hill Farm

Multiple stakes winner Dash Master Jess has been retired from racing and will begin his breeding career at Scarlett Hill Farm in 2015. He arrived at the farm, near Weatherford, Texas, on November 2, and his introductory fee has been set at $2,500.
Owned by Cesar Rosales, Dash Master Jess is a multiple stakes winning son of leading sire and sire of sires Mr Jess Perry. Trained by Rolando Almanza, he won or placed in 12 of 20 career starts and earned $275,697. His wins include the Bank of America Sam Houston Championship Challenge, Hialeah Derby and the Hialeah Invitational Championship.
He was second in the Adequan Sam Houston Derby Challenge, third in the Sawgrass Stakes and a finalist in the Texas Classic Derby (G1), Bank of America Challenge Championship (G1), Remington Park Invitational Championship (G1) and Adequan Prairie Meadows Derby Challenge (G3).
A $210,000 Ruidoso Sale yearling, Dash Master Jess is out of the Grade 1 stakes winner Dash Master Miss ($239,430), dam of 20 ROM including two-time champion Significant Speed SI 106 ($517,605), Grade 1 winner Push The Pace ($513,119), stakes winner Significant Cartel SI 97 ($132,333), stakes winner Front Running Speed ($73,752) and five other stakes-placed runners.
She is also the dam of Lil Famous Dash, third-fastest qualifier to the Grade 1, $291,858 Texas Classic Derby (finals to be run November 15).
This is the immediate family of Ruidoso Futurity (G1) winner Jess Significant SI 103 ($419,635), 2014 Mildred N Vessels Memorial Handicap (G1) winner Significant Heart ($226,517), Grade 2 winner So Significant SI 95 ($103,708), etc.
Dash Master Jess and his dam were both bred by Gus Barakis Jr.'s Scarlett Hill Farm.
