Close friends and staff gathered to celebrate the 25 year milestone of dedicated service by stallion manager, Rudy Flores with a patio BBQ at Bob Moore Farms.
A great time was had by all with several entertaining stories and memories shared honoring the horseman. During his tenure at Bob Moore Farms, Rudy has managed stallions such as Rare Form, First Smart Money, Shazoom, PYC Paint Your Wagon, Country Chicks Man, Furyofthewind, FDD Dynasty and High Rate Of Return, just to name a few.
His warm smile and positive attitude is infectious. His calm, steady hand is reassuring and respected not only to the stallions he handles on a daily basis, but to the many foals and yearlings handled by Rudy.
“I don't remember a time in the last 25 years that Rudy didn't start the day with a smile and a good word,” said Farm Manager Phillip Stewart. “If you look up the term ‘great employee’ in a book there would be a picture of Rudy there. We have worked together for all these years and I am honored to call him my friend.”
