Judge dismisses challenge against historical racing.

A challenge against historical racing in Texas has been dismissed.

A Texas judge has dismissed a lawmaker's lawsuit challenging historical racing machines at Texas racetracks.

Rep Matt Krause (R-Ft. Worth) sued the Texas Racing Commission in an attempt to prevent historical racing machines from being allowed in Texas. On August 29, the commission voted to approve the machines, which allow pari-mutuel betting on already-run races.
