Fly The Red Eye will stand in Texas in 2015.

Fly The Red Eye SI-97 will stand the 2015 season at owner Erin Knox's ranch in Pilot Point, Texas.

The 2006 sorrel stallion was a race winner and AAA Register of Merit earner on the flat track, and then went on to become an AQHA Show Champion and a reserve world champion at the AQHA World Championships Show.

Fly The Red Eye became the 49th AQHA Open Supreme Champion in 2013, and is one of only 51 horses to have ever achieved that honor. The title requires a horse to achieve a speed index of at least 90 twice and earn at least 40 points in halter and performance classes at five or more AQHA shows, including two Grand Champion titles. 

Fly The Red Eye is by Mr Eye Opener, the sire of horses with more than $27.5 million in earnings. He is out of the Bully Bullion mare Gaetana, who during her racing career was third in the Dixie Stallion Futurity (R) and fourth in the Kansas Jackpot Futurity (RG1). She is out of the Jelly Jet mare Special Jelly Roll, winner of the 1990 Heritage Place Derby (RG1), and dam of stakes winners No Tools Required (by Jody O Toole, $117,509), Special Cross (by Cross Tie Walker, $41,118) and Power Roll (by Power Train, $82,311).

Fly The Red Eye's first foals are weanlings of 2015.
