Joiner Gets Medication Positives

Four Mike Joiner trainees allegedly get clenbuterol positives.

Four horses from the Mike Joiner barn have allegedly tested positive for clenbuterol, according to an article from The Paulick Report, which cites New Mexico Racing Commission executive director Vince Mares as the source.

The testing was done after trial races in late May, and the horses include eventual Mountain Top Futurity (RG3) winner Lilly Is First, Ruidoso Futurity (G1) finalist Kobys Wagon, Ruidoso Derby (G1) finalist Thunderball B, and Straw Fly Flower.
