Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 13, at the West Warren Ward, 856 N 5900 W, West Warren, Utah. Hadley was born on September 13, 1962, in Ogden, Utah. In June 1990, he married Susan Surrage, and they did what they both had a passion for -- training race horses.

The Hadleys had two sons, Jordan Joe and Garrett James, who plan to continue their father’s legacy at the racetrack. Hadley enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, roping, and horse racing. His more successful horses included Legendary Dreamer, a graded stakes winner at Los Alamitos in 2004.

Hadley’s survivors include his wife, Susan, children Jordan (Jessica) Hadley and Garrett (Bailey Wilson) Hadley; father Blaine (Carol Jensen) and mother Neila Hadley; brothers Shaun (Anita) Hadley and Sid (Wendy) Hadley; sisters Sherry (Tim) Oliver, Sonya (Doug) Madsen, Sandee Hadley and families; in-laws, James (Joyce) Surrage; brothers-in-law, Jimmy (Jackie) Surrage, Chad (Theresa) Surrage, Tyler (Cynthia) Surrage, Shawn Surrage and families and his great friend, Courtnie Woerner.
