Lone Star Park Jockeys to Visit Children's Medical Center Dallas

The purpose of the visit is to promote childhood cancer awareness.

Members of Lone Star Park's jockey colony will visit Children's Health Childrens Medical Center Dallas to promote childhood cancer awareness.

Members of Lone Star Park jockey colony will visit Children's Health Children's Medical Center Dallas on Tuesday, October 27.

The riders will arrive at 2 p.m. (CDT) to visit with the children, autograph goggles, hand out gifts, spread smiles and hopefully brighten days. Derby, Lone Star Park's Mascot horse will accompany them on the visit.

Lone Star Park and its jockeys are joining with the Jockeys' Guild to raise awareness to childhood cancer by visiting a local children's hospital.
