The 2016 FQHRA Stallion Service Auction ends Thursday.

The Florida Quarter Horse Racing Association’s 2016 stallion service auction will close January 7 at 9 p.m. (EST).

Hez Relentless and Ivory James are both featured as FQHRA scholarship fund donations. This will be the last chance to get a 2016 Hez Relentless breeding, as his book is full.

Other graded stakes runners/sires available include Wave Carver, Harems Last Dash, Giorgino, Bodacious Dash, Logans Mountain, Jet Black Patriot, Five Bar Cartel, Big Time Favorite, Captain Courage, and Jess Lips.

The last two FQHRA Stallion Stakes Derbies have offered purses of more than $110,000. All foals by stallions sold in the FQHRA Stallion service auction are eligible for this race, which is currently in its seventh year.

After the sale all remaining stallions will be sold on a first come first serve basis starting Friday, January 10, at 8 a.m. (EST).

“FQHRA appreciates all the bidders, stallion owners and stallion farms that make this a successful auction each year,” said FQHRA past president Steve Fisch. “We appreciate the connections of Hez Relentless and Ivory James (2 breedings in this auction) for donating to our scholarship fund.”
