Moonist leads the national poll into May.

Sitting atop every poll this season, Moonist continues to lead the way in this week's AQHA Racing-Horseplayernow.com National Poll for 3-year-olds and older.

The Los Alamitos Winter Championship (G1) winner debuted at No. 1 in the poll March 16 and enters May in the same spot for the eighth straight week. Leo Stakes (G1) winner Zoomin Effortlessly holds sway at No. 2 in the balloting, trailing 104-95 in contested balloting.

There were no major changes in the rankings this week, though pollsters moved Remington Park Oklahoma-Bred Derby (RG3) winner A Tres Of Paint into the poll at No. 10.

Note that the season's first AQHA Racing-Horseplayernow.com Poll for 2-year-olds will debut next week.
