Florida QHRA Annual Meeting Set for December 10
New board members will be installed at the meeting.

The Florida Quarter Horse Racing Association will hold its annual general meeting and board meeting on Saturday, December 10.
The annual meeting will get underway at 12 noon (EST) at John Shaw’s Pheenix Farm near Gainesville, located at 125 Hewitt Lake Rd., Interlachen, Florida. A Southern Belle Mama Shaw’s fine seafood lunch will be served for anyone who RSVP’s by December 2.
"We look forward to seeing you there and to having a great Mama Shaw’s lunch," FQHRA President Ron Smith said.
New FQHRA board members will be installed at the meeting. Persons interested in being a board member must send a letter stating their desire to the FQHRA office post-dated no later than November 16. Any nominations received after November 16 can be put with the following year's (2017) nominations.
All applications must be complete, including a photograph, to be added to the list of nominees. Board members must be available for meetings and are responsible for their travel and lodging expenses associated with these meetings.
An agenda for the meeting will be sent out by FQHRA at a later date. Persons planning to attend should RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org.
