North Dakota House Defeats Historic Racing Bill

The bill, SB 2221, was defeated by a 46-45 vote.

The North Dakota House has defeated a bill that would have allowed up to 10 sites to offer Instant Racing.

The North Dakota House on Tuesday narrowly defeated a bill that would have allowed the state's racetracks, including North Dakota Horse Park in Fargo, to operate historic racing machines, also known as Instant Racing.

The bill was defeated by a 46-45 vote.
