Plan to attend a Hispanic open forum at Heritage Place.

The American Quarter Horse Association will host a Hispanic Open Forum on January 20 at Heritage Place in Oklahoma City.

The forum will recognize the impact that Hispanic involvement has on the American Quarter Horse racing industry, and to allow members and horsemen to discuss how the Association can better serve its racing community.

The forum is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on January 20 at the Heritage Place Sale Pavilion prior to the start of the sale.

“We invite Hispanic owners, breeders, trainers and enthusiasts to join us for this open forum,” said AQHA Chief Racing Officer Janet VanBebber. “We want to make sure all of our members get the maximum benefits that AQHA can provide. We want to know how we can help you. Please come and have a voice.”

In addition to hearing thoughts and ideas from individuals, current benefits that AQHA offers to members is also on the agenda for discussion.

There will be translators available during the forum.
