Texas Racing Commission suspends Kearl, Sanchez and Stroud.

The Texas Racing Commission on Thursday suspended trainers Judd Kearl, Jose Sanchez and Brian Stroud. All three had violations related to the Class 1 drug Nomifensine.
Kearl, who had five offenses, received 19 years (until 2036) and an $110,000 fine.
Sanchez, who had two offenses, received four years (until 2021) and a $35,000 fine.
Stroud, who had one offense, received one year (until July 30, 2018) and a $10,000 fine.
