PV Queen Bee Candy Tops OHA Mystery Futurity Qualifiers

The homebred filly won the fourth of eight 350-yard trials on Sunday.

PV Queen Bee Candy is the fastest qualifier to the November 11 Oklahoma Horsemen's Association Mystery Futurity at Will Rogers Downs.

Gordon Pevehouse's PV Queen Bee Candy, a homebred Cartels Candy Man filly trained by Clint Crawford, is the fastest qualifier to the November 11, $186,892 Oklahoma Horsemen's Association Mystery Futurity (RG3) for state-bred 2-year-olds at Will Rogers Downs.

PV Queen Bee Candy on Sunday won the fourth of eight 350-yard trials by a clear 2 3/4 lengths in :17.591. The filly was ridden by Omar Reyes.

PV Queen Bee Candy was coming off of a third-place finish on a sloppy track in the October 14, 350-yard Valley Junction Futurity at Prairie Meadows. She has won three of six starts, and her two wins in three outs during the Remington Park spring season included a victory in the May 29 FL Lady Bug Stakes (R).
