Eric Pineda's Everybuddys Talkin was a prompt 5-2 favorite in Saturday's $85,000 Sunburst Stakes (RG3) for New Mexico-bred 3-year-old fillies at Sunland Park.

Ridden by Raul Herrera for trainer Ricardo Armendariz and aided by a reported 14-mph tail wind, Everybuddys Talkin went 350 yards in :17.466. The brown daughter of Gonna Ro Sham Bo's winning margin was a neck from 9-1 longshot Daddys Copy, and she banked $51,000 from her second stakes victory.

Everybuddys Talkin was bred by Derrell Riggan. Her dam, Kat Kora, is a winning 12-year-old daughter of The Trader's Echo (TB) who was a finalist in the 2008 AQHA Ruidoso Juvenile Challenge Stakes (G3) at Ruidoso Downs.

Raced in New Mexico and Oklahoma, Everybuddys Talkin has won two of nine starts, including the January 14, 400-yard Shue Fly Stakes (RG2) for state-bred sophomores at Sunland Park, and she has earned $163,335, of which $148,221 has been pocketed this season.

Dolly Cartel, Cadilac Flash, Jessa Diva, Masons Moon, Regard The Rose, Frangellica, Flashninthefastlane, and Two Wines completed the official order of finish.
