Following is a recap of all official American Quarter Horse stakes for the week of October 20-21. For recaps of graded stakes, Bank of America Racing Challenge stakes and trials, and stakes with purses of $100,000 or more, see the individual recaps in the Racing News section. This page will be updated throughoout the week.

Portland Meadows
On Sunday, the field was set for the November 4, $15,000-added Far West Futurity. Connie Chumbley's GC Harrys Game, a homebred son of champion Carters Cartel, posted the fastest qualiffying time with his neck victory in the last of three trials.

Ridden by Robert Burney for trainer Scott Raley, GC Harrys Game covered 350 yards in :18.050 while posting his first win in five starts. The Oregon-bred gelding is out of EZ Gamer, a homebred multiple stakes winning daughter of Game Patriot.
