Executive Trust is Morning-Line Favorite for Zia Park's King Rick Rack Stakes

A graded stakes winner during the current meet, the 4-year-old gelding drew post 5 for Sunday's 870-yard stakes.

Zia Park's King Rick Rack Stakes has drawn eight distance specialists.

Executive Trust, a 4-year-old gray son of Executive Menace racing for Sherree Meridyth, is the 5-2 morning-line favorite for Sunday’s 870-yard, $55,000 King Rick Rack Stakes at Zia Park.

Executive Trust brings a two-race win streak into the King Rick Rack. Trained by Guadalupe Munoz Jr., the gelding is coming off of a 1 1/4-length victory in the October 4, 870-yard Herman Jefferson Stakes at Zia Park.

Ruby Gonzalez has been named to ride Executive Trust from post 5.

Other contenders include CJs Rocksolid, a 5-year-old Rock Solid Jess gelding trained by Tammy Kay Johnson for owners Rockin J Running Horses and Jack Manning. A graded stakes winner at the 870 distance this year, CJs Rocksolid ran second, a head behind CR Tuckernuck, in the 870-yard, $150,000 Zoetis Distance Challenge Championship (G1) at Lone Star Park on November 7.

CJs Rocksolid drew post 4 and will be ridden by Ricardo Aguirre.
