Stakes winner Sizzlin Stewart is one of 54 2-year-olds entered in Saturday’s 350-yard Firecracker Futurity (G2) trials at Delta Downs.

A homebred gray son of Sizzlin Cartel trained by Kenneth Roberts Sr. for owner P and D Racing, Sizzlin Stewart has earned $48,668 from two starts, and his two wins include a three-quarter length victory as the fastest qualifier in the 330-yard, $89,000 Old South Futurity at Delta Downs on May 14.

Sizzlin Stewart will be ridden by Gilbert Ortiz from post 7 in the fourth of six trials.
