Datona Doll Risks Win Streak in $369,550 Heritage Place Derby
The undefeated filly draws post 9 for Saturday's Grade 2, 400-yard final at Remington Park.

Mark and Annette McCloy’s Datona Doll, an undefeated daughter of Jesse James Jr trained by Trey Wood, will put her three-race win streak on the line in Saturday’s 400-yard, $369,550 Heritage Place Derby (G2) at Remington Park.
The fastest qualifier, Datona Doll is coming off of a three-quarter length victory in the third of seven trials on May 15. The filly, who was acquired for $45,000 at the 2014 Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale, drew post 9 and will be ridden by Ricky Ramirez.
L.P. Frank’s Bye Bye Freighttrain drew post 2 and will be ridden by Cesar Gomez. A homebred son of Freighttrain B trained by Kasey Willis, the gelding has banked $175,199 from 12 starts, and his five wins include a neck score in last year’s 350-yard, $173,000 Oklahoma Horsemen’s Mystery Futurity (RG3) at Will Rogers Downs.
