Political Attraction to Risk Win Streak in Black Gold 350 Futurity

The Apollitical Jess gelding seeks his second stakes victory on Sunday.


A field of 10 2-year-olds, headed by fastest qualifier Political Attraction, has been entered back in Sunday's Black Gold 350 Futurity at Will Rogers Downs.

Rogelio Marquez Jr.’s Political Attraction will risk his three-race win streak in Sunday’s $282,552 Black Gold 350 Futurity (RG3) at Will Rogers Downs.

The fastest qualifier, Political Attraction is coming off of a three-length victory in the eighth of 11 trials on September 9. The Apollitical Jess gelding has been favored in his last four outs, and his current streak includes a 1 1/2-length victory in the 350-yard, $214,000 Speedhorse Futurity (G3) at Fair Meadows at Tulsa on July 29.

Political Attraction drew post 4 and will be ridden by James Flores.
