Strawfinders Jessee and Jess Hawk are among the nine distaffers entered in Saturday's 350-yard, $18,000 Terrific Energy Handicap at Los Alamitos.

Made the 6-5 morning-line favorite by linemaker Ed Burgart, Strawfinders Jessee is coming off of a wire-to-wire, one-length victory as the 11-10 choice in the 350-yard, $35,000 Denim N Diamonds Handicap on February 17. The homebred 5-year-old daughter of One Sweet Jess is trained by John Cooper for owners C.K. and Laurel Allen.

Strawfinders Jessee drew post 9 and will be ridden by Cesar DeAlba.
