Curls Happy Wagon will risk her undefeated record in Saturday’s 350-yard, $218,000 Oklahoma Derby (G3) at Remington Park.

The fastest qualifier, Curls Happy Wagon made her sophomore season debut with a one-length victory in the second of five trials on March 11. The homebred daughter of Pyc Paint Your Wagon has won all three of her outs and has banked $19,239 for her owners, Michael A. Pohl and Martin Stacy.

Curls Happy Wagon drew post 5 and will be ridden by Jorge Torres for trainer Stacy Charette-Hill.

Trainer Amanda Tongay will send out a pair of contenders, graded stakes winner La Vencedora and stakes winner Pyc Fun N Fancy. A daughter of Ivory James campaigned by Good Memories LLC, La Vencedora is coming off of a 2-year-old season during which she won a pair of stakes, including the 330-yard, $1.002-million Remington Park Futurity (RG2) for Oklahoma-breds.

La Vencedora drew post 2 and will be ridden by James Flores.

Pyc Fun N Fancy is a bay son of Pyc Paint Your Wagon owned by Jose Ernesto Guzman. The colt has banked $274,475 from six starts, all at Remington Park, and his two wins include last year’s 330-yard, $61,800 Laico Bird Stakes (R) for state-bred 2-year-olds.
