AQHA World Championship Collegiate Horse Judging Contest

Winners of the AQHA World Championship Collegiate Horse Judging Contest were named on November 10.

Congratulations to Oklahoma State University on becoming the AQHA World Championship Collegiate Horse Judging Contest champions.

During the 2018 Lucas Oil AQHA World Championship Show, Oklahoma State University took home the title of AQHA collegiate horse judging world champions in the senior college division, while Black Hawk East claimed the world title in the junior college division.

Competitors came from schools across the country for the chance to earn the AQHA world champion collegiate horse judging team title and thousands of dollars in scholarships awarded to the top three teams in each division. The AQHA World Championship Collegiate Judging Contest took place November 10 at State Fair Park in Oklahoma City.

The American Quarter Horse Foundation provides scholarships to the college or university of the world champion team, reserve world champion team and third-place teams in the junior and senior college divisions in the contest.

 •    World champion team: $2,000 
 •    Reserve world champion team: $1,250 
 •    Third-place team: $750
