Keep your audience informed of all the Lucas Oil AQHA World Championship Show news with our handy media guide.
November 2-18, 2017 | Oklahoma City | State Fair Park
The Lucas Oil AQHA World Championship Show is the pinnacle event for American Quarter Horse owners and exhibitors around the world, who must qualify for the event by earning a predetermined number of points to compete in each of the classes representing halter, English and western disciplines.
Media Credential Requests
All journalists/photographers/videographers covering an AQHA event must apply for media credentials. Members of the media must submit a Credential Request Application for the Lucas Oil World by October 20, 2017. AQHA reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny any media credential request. Media credentials, if granted by AQHA World Show Management, must be worn prominently and at all times while on the World Show premises.
Requests for credentials must be made via the Credential Request Application form on AQHA’s website, or in writing on company letterhead by the commissioning general manager, editor, news director or sports director, and must include the names and titles of those needing credentials. If a request is made in writing on company letterhead, AQHA must subsequently receive a completed Credential Request Application verifying agreement to comply with this policy.

AQHA Periodical and Brochure Distribution Policy
AQHA prohibits the distribution of magazines, periodicals or brochures on the grounds at AQHA produced shows unless they are an official communication tool for one of our corporate, event, affiliate or alliance partners.
Distribution of magazines, periodicals or brochures without express written consent from show management is expressly forbidden. AQHA may request a copy of the magazine or brochure prior to granting permission. For inquiries, contact AQHA Chief Publishing Officer Carl Mullins at firstname.lastname@example.org.
