The Quality Samples Program is a grant-based initiative offered through the U.S. Department of Agriculture that AQHA accesses in partnership with U.S. Livestock Genetics Export Inc.

Through this program, AQHA expands American pedigree genetics worldwide by purchasing genetic material from U.S.-based stallions and shipping it to partnering countries. The initiative strengthens global access to high-quality American Quarter Horse genetics while supporting international breeders.

AQHA has completed programs across Europe, South America and Central America, working with AQHA International Affiliates and breeders to build stronger American Quarter Horse bloodlines.
